Dr. Rebecca Aleck spoke to an enthusiastic crowd yesterday at the Saving Grace Butterflies and Blooms Luncheon at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center in Rogers. Dr. Aleck told her own story of growing up in foster care and what it’s like to age out of the system. Saving Grace serves young women who have done just that in order to help them prepare for independent living. The Butterflies & Blooms Luncheon, in its third year, supports the mission of Saving Grace to provide opportunity, hope and security to these young women.
