BITE NW Arkansas is coming back this year from June 22 to 23 with all of the food, fun and flair of years past! The two-day food festival, held during the NW Arkansas Championship at 8th Street Market in Bentonville, invites attendees to taste the flavors presented by a selection of local restaurants and chefs, sip a wide variety of libations, sample products and brands at the forefront of consumer trends, and discover the very best of Northwest Arkansas.
Night one of the food festival will feature an intimate cooking demonstration with top local and regional culinary talent at the Chef’s Table Experience curated by the James Beard Foundation. Featured chefs include Dean Fearing of Fearing’s Restaurant and author of The Texas Food Bible; Mario Valdovino of Tyson and MOD; Matthew McClure of The Hive at 21c; and Rob Nelson of Tusk & Trotter. The Chef’s Table Experience is a series of free cooking demonstrations aimed at educating and entertaining guests. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot here.
Night two will be just as exciting with signature burger and drink samples from local restaurants.
