The Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County placed pinwheels at 18 locations throughout Benton County on March 31. Each pinwheel represents a confirmed case of child abuse in 2016.

The Children’s Safety Center promoted the cause by placing 500 pinwheels at five locations across Washington County for its Pinwheels for Prevention rally on April 3 and 4.
