And while we do love a picture-perfect cocktail (you eat with your eyes first, right?!), we know that it’s not just about the presentation – the taste is just as important. Luckily, these sweet sips not only look good, they taste good, too! Don’t take our word for it though! Try them yourself. Whip up one, or all, of these refreshing cocktails for your next get together.

Raspberry Pink Champagne Float

Raspberry Pink Champagne FloatsIngredients:

2 to 3 scoops raspberry sorbet

1 cup pink champagne

Fresh raspberries for garnish

 

Instructions:

Place the scoops of sorbet in a large wine glass. Pour the champagne over the sorbet and top with raspberries.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 oz gin

1 sugar cube

1 bottle chilled champagne

 

Instructions:

Add the lemon juice, gin, and sugar cube in a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds so the sugar cube can dissolve. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Champagne Lemonade Margaritas

1 oz silver tequila

1/2 oz orange liqueur

3 oz pink lemonade

Brut champagne

Ice

Lemon wedge

Coarse salt

 

Instructions:

Rub the lemon wedge round the rim of an old-fashioned glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the coarse salt. In a cocktail shaker add some ice, tequila, orange liqueur, and pink lemonade. Shake well and pour into an ice filled glass. Top with champagne.

Fresh Frosé

Ingredients:

1/2 bottle frozen Rosé wine

1/2 juiced lemon

50 ml simple sugar syrup

50 ml gin

3 to 4 chunks frozen watermelon

 

Instructions:

Dip the rim of your glasses in Pink Himalayan salt mixed with sugar for a sweet and salty twist. Add all of the ingredients to the blender. Blend and pour in to two glasses. Garnish with a thinly sliced lemon.

Fizzy Spiked Pear Punch

4 cups pear juice

1 bottle Prosecco or champagne

3/4 cup vanilla vodka

1/2 cup simple syrup

Fresh pears for garnish

 

Instructions:

Combine pear juice, vodka and simple syrup into a pitcher and stir. Slowly pour the full bottle of Prosecco or champagne into the mixture in your pitcher. Stir again, gently. Fill glasses to the top with ice, garnish with slices of pear, and serve.
