What: Run for the Roses Hope Gala
When and where: May 5 at Horton Farms in Bentonville
They may have been a long way from Churchill Downs, but that didn’t stop supporters of JDRF NWA from running for the roses and donning their best hats on Saturday for the organization’s annual Hope Gala. The Hershey Company sponsored the lavish event, which included a hat contest and a VIP wine tasting sponsored by Diagio. Hank Henderson, President and CEO of America’s Car-Mart was honored at the event. JDRF provides support for children and adults with the disease and their families.
