Nestlé recently donated 572 items to Northwest Arkansas Food Bank after hosting a company food drive at the Rogers office throughout June and early July. The Better Lives Food Drive was a kickoff for the upcoming Nestlé National Day of Service on Aug. 2.

The Nestlé Waters team brought in 359 items, the most of the five Nestlé teams, and far surpassed the team’s original goal of 56 items.

The company’s national partner for the Nestlé Day of Service is Feeding America, and the focus is promoting good nutrition and ending hunger for underserved families and youth. On Aug. 2, thousands of Nestlé employees around the nation will volunteer at food banks, soup kitchens, farms and more.
