Alzheimer’s Association has an immediate opening for a Fulltime Community Outreach Coordinator in its NW Arkansas – Bentonville Office. Candidate will establish and maintain a comprehensive program for the NW Arkansas Regional Office of the Alzheimer’s Association. Position will have a special focus on the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and the Alzheimer’s Early Detection Alliance (AEDA) in the marketing of education programs for increased community participation and awareness. This position requires the ability to train, manage and motivate a large volunteer base. Previous involvement and/or leadership experience in a Walk event is a plus.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must be a team player; possess excellent organization skills and willingness to work within our organization strategic plan. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office Suite products, including PowerPoint.
