The Arkansas Naturals are stepping up to the plate for mental wellness on Saturday, May 5 at 7:00 p.m. when they take on the Tulsa Drillers at Arvest Ballpark. Ozark Guidance is partnering with the Naturals for the second annual Teal in the Park Night to support May as Mental Health Month. The players and coaches will wear teal game jerseys with the Mental Wellness logo on the sleeve to demonstrate their support for good mental health.
Pregame ceremony will start at 6:40 p.m. with Ozark Guidance CEO Tom Petrizzo kicking off the night’s celebration by introducing our sponsors at home plate and releasing brain squeezes to the crowd to reflect the more than 110,000 individuals in Northwest Arkansas that will suffer from a mental health challenge this year. This is a great event for the entire family with special activities for the children. Fans will also be able to purchase the limited addition teal game jerseys that the Naturals will be wearing.
Tickets are currently available for $8 in advance and half of the proceeds benefit Ozark Guidance. You will be able to pick up your tickets on game day at the Ozark Guidance will call table at Arvest Ballpark. All the proceeds from the event will stay in Northwest Arkansas to provide counseling services for men, women and children.
