Charlie is the market president for Simmons Bank in Northwest Arkansas. He is married to his wife Ashley, and they have three awesome kiddos: Wren (8), William (5), and Walker (3).
What do you do when you are not working?
We enjoy the lake with our three kids. Golf, hunting, fishing and youth sports
Where is your happy place?
My happy place is DeWitt, Arkansas where we have a hunting club. The kids can ride 4-wheelers and fish. We can unplug and enjoy the outdoors with the whole family.

What nonprofits are you involved with and why?
Credit Counseling of Arkansas (CCOA) Community Action Group member. CCOA is directly involved with the Northwest Arkansas community. CCOA provides financial counseling, education and debt management for those in need. It is a natural fit for me as a banker to assist an organization that cares deeply about the personal financial health of the citizens of Northwest Arkansas.
