1. Best part of your job?
The best part of my job at Valassis is that every day is different, so it’s never dull! Our team is lucky enough to work with so many different suppliers in our community and each has their own objective and challenges to overcome. I love being part of the team that can help provide a different solution that helps meet a need for our customer. And, in a world of marketing technology, there are so many different solutions to provide!
2. What nonprofits are you involved with, and why?
I am currently on the Steering Committee of Women with a Mission Susan Barrett Giving Society through the Mercy Health Foundation Northwest Arkansas and a board member of Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County. For me, it is important to support local nonprofits that help our Northwest Arkansas community on a local level. Women with a Mission allows me to make a difference through the power of giving collectively with other women funding important health care needs. Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County supports and assists single parents as they pursue post-secondary education.
3. What’s on your bucket list?
Be on a television game show (watch out “Ellen’s Game of Games”!)
