The 7th Annual Children’s Christmas Train Ride will take place Saturday, December 5 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Emma Street Depot location. Downtown Springdale merchants, and non-profit organizations will also hold Holiday Open Houses on December 5. Games and activities will be available for children at the A&M Depot while rides are taking place.
In addition to the December 5 Children’s Christmas Train Ride, there will be a Dinner, Theater, and Train Ride on December 10, from Springdale to Fayetteville, departing at 5:00 p.m., with a continuation to Winslow and back. A Holiday Express PJ Train will also run from Dickson Street to Winslow and back – with hot chocolate, cookies and a visit from Santa that same day, departing from Dickson Street at 5:30 p.m.
On December 13, another Holiday Express Train will travel from Springdale to Winslow and back with Santa, leaving Springdale at 6:00 p.m.
The last Holiday Express PJ Train will leave for Winslow from Springdale at 6:30 p.m. on December 17. A Holiday Dinner Train will depart at 7:00 p.m. from Dickson Street on that date, as well.
