The Hispanic Women’s Organization of Arkansas (HWOA) announces its Annual Conference “Transformation: To Start Anew,” to be held Friday, Sept. 23, 2022 at the Jones Center in Springdale. Arturo Vargas, CEO of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), and nationally recognized expert in Latino demographic trends, electoral participation, voting rights, the Census, and redistricting issues will deliver the keynote address.
