The Power of Music Festival encompasses nearly every genre of music, featuring songwriters that have composed for everything from Seinfeld to Chris Stapleton. The event is scheduled for April 26-29 in Bentonville and consists of two major components: the festival performances and the music conference. Five Hall of Fame songwriters will perform along side Grammy Award-winning and other award-winning songwriters, as well as local and regional songwriters during the four-day festival. The Power of Music Festival is presented by the I’ll Fly Away Foundation, based in Bentonville. Proceeds will benefit the organization’s You Can Fly Songwriting Program, which allows area students of varying developmental levels to use songwriting to connect to their own creativity.
