Fall Learning Event

The NextUp NWA hybrid fall learning event on Oct. 6 will spotlight Melina Palmer, CEO of The Brainy Business. Melina will enlighten attendees with how to make change natural and easy. Adapting to change is part of life, but that doesn’t mean it comes easily. Imagine how much smoother projects and team dynamics could be if you understood how the brain makes decisions (and could work with them instead of with what you think “should” work). In this session, Melina Palmer, applied behavioral economist and host of The Brainy Business podcast, shares insights from brain science to help managers increase their influence inside ever-evolving organizations and make it so they (and anyone they work with) can be naturally better at change.
Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. The in-person event is 11:30 a.m. Oct. 6 at Sam’s Club Home Office. Virtual attendees will receive a Zoom link via email.
