Patriot Day

The 6th Annual Sheep Dog Impact Assistance Patriot Day event honors the lives lost and those injured in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, and shows our appreciation for the service and sacrifice of our Sheep Dogs – the men and women who have served or are currently serving in our nation’s military, law enforcement, fire & rescue, and EMS professions. The event is free to the public and is an opportunity for the entire family to meet and learn more about their local Sheep Dogs. Patriot Day displays and activities include military and first responder vehicles and aircraft, air show, rescue demonstrations, interactive displays, children’s activities, vendor booths, concessions, and music, as well as Poker Runs for motorcycles and cars. Proceeds from this event provide the funding for our Sheep Dog in Need “Project Giving: Thanksgiving Meals” program, which provides Thanksgiving meals to Sheep Dog families struggling through the holidays.
