Pinwheels for Prevention
April 1 - April 30
Join the fight against child abuse by participating in Pinwheels for Prevention. This event is held annually, all across the nation during the month of April, which is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month. This nationally recognized event acknowledges the importance of communities working together to prevent child physical and sexual abuse.
Kick off the month by placing banners, signs, and pinwheels outside of your business or home. Pinwheels are placed alongside to recognize the importance of our children, the future they represent, and the things our community can do every day to make sure they are safe and protected.
You can do your part this April by purchasing one of these signs or banners and place it outside your home or business along with sparkly pinwheels. 1836Ink has graciously agreed to donate a portion of the sales of these signs back to the Children’s Safety Center. You can purchase directly from their website http://shop.1836ink.co/csc/. For more details, https://www.childrenssafetycenter.org/pinwheels-for-prevention/.
