DESCRIPTION:The New School is adding a 5K Spirit Run\, open to students and adults of all ages. You’re encouraged to dress in your best cougar blue and white to show your spirit! Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed male and female. Students must run with an adult unless you are a current member of The New School Cross Country Team. The Spirit Run will begin at 1:00pm on the track at Bulldog Stadium. \nThe New School will still hold the traditional\, competitive 4×100 relay race\, so be sure to stretch! New this year is the addition of the Wacky Relay Races – students will laugh their way through silly challenges during the relay. \n
