The Scott Family Amazeum announced the public launch of its $25 million “EXP&ING Futures” capital campaign at a special event on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025. The event was held at the Amazeum.

The EXP&ING Futures campaign aims to transform the Amazeum’s campus and programs to enhance creativity, curiosity, and access to STEAM learning opportunities for all ages. This ambitious project will include an expanded Early Childhood Center, a world-class outdoor playscape, and space for additional programming and event opportunities.

The event featured:
· Remarks by Amazeum CEO Sam Dean and community leaders.
· An exclusive first look at expansion plans, including renderings and designs for new facilities and programs.

“This campaign is about saying ‘Yes, &…’ to a future full of innovation, inclusivity, and inspiration,” said Sam Dean. “We invite everyone to join us in dreaming big for our community and making this vision a reality. Together, we can ensure that the Amazeum continues to be a hub of creativity and discovery for generations to come.”

Amazeum is at 70% of the campaign goal, with $17.3 million raised thus far. Elda and Eric Scott are chairs of the Capital Campaign Cabinet.
