The Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G returns June 24-30 with events and activities for the entire community to enjoy, including the Walmart Women’s Empowerment Summit presented by Kimberly-Clark and Walmart in addition to world-class golf. The Walmart Women’s Empowerment Summit will be from 7:30-11:30 a.m. June 27 at the John Q. Hammons Center. The women’s summit will also celebrate the 15-year anniversary of the Network of Executive Women chapter in Northwest Arkansas, which helps to build strong and confident leaders across the region. Summit presentations will feature a tribute to the past, a celebration of the present and a focus on the future.
The summit’s two keynote speakers will be Steve Bratspies, Chief Merchandising Officer of Walmart U.S., and Roberta Bowman, Chief Brand and Communications Officer of the LPGA. In addition, the event will include panel discussions, dynamic presentations from leaders at Kimberly-Clark, Sam’s Club and Hallmark, and networking opportunities.
